——————————————–

Hello everyone. Sorry for not posting for quite sometime but I have been rather ill for the past four weeks. I’m almost 100% back to full health.

Here is a video I created to not only celebrate the Morse Universe but to use on my Twitch stream. For the next four Wednesdays and four Sundays, starting on the 20th December 2023, I will be streaming eight episodes from either the Morse, Lewis or Endeavour series. I asked those on my Twitch stream to vote on their top ten episodes and they did just that. So much so that the list contains 61 different episodes from the Morse Universe.

Starting from tonight, 8pm GMT 20th December 2023 I will be drawing, live, an episode title from a hat to determine what episode I will be streaming. My Twitch address is  https://www.twitch.tv/morselewisendeavour You don’t have to join Twitch to watch. Why not join me and many others.

The video I created contains a screenshot from each of the 102 episodes. Enjoy.

Up until a few years ago I was my mum's full time carer. She died in, 2020, of Covid. At the moment I am attempting to write a novel.

  1. Wow Chris. You’re a busy fellow. I’m tuned in to watch Monsignor Renard.
I like your dressing gown. Stay warm. Friend.

  2. A wonderful video with so many great scenes. One thing about Endeavour that I love is he is always thinking and not always about the case. His mind never stops. You can see it in his face. Morse too but in a more subtle way. Youth more intense, age more mellow.

  3. The “Happy Families” DVD (I own the collection) suddenly stopped about 11 or 12 minutes before the end. I tried all sorts of ways to start it up; it is not available on line, and so, now what …? Reading this gave me the answer, if not the actual viewing. I agree with the fault-finding in the messages, and there is one other howler in this episode—actually a general fault-finding, especially when it comes to women. Hauling around the dead weight of an equally dead body is often attributed to a person who in no way could single-handedly move the corpse even five centimeters, let alone stuff it into a car, a wheelbarrow, or some other conveyance or receptacle. So, thanks for the ending, and a (figurative) check is in the mail (ether).
