Hello everyone and welcome to a new post. I hope you and your family are well, mentally as well as physically.
The John Thaw interview is from a film magazine, that I myself bought back then, called Photoplay from August 1978.
The second article is an overview of the Lewis and Morse characters.
I hope you enjoy them.

I decided to start the Facebook page as there has been times when I have an update to a review post or some interesting news or information but it was all to small to make into a full blown post here on my website. So, come and join and keep up-to-date with all that happens in the Morse universe.

I would like to say a huge thank you to those who have become Patrons of the site and also a huge thank you to those who have made donations. What do I mean by Patrons?
What is Patreon? Patreon is a membership platform that makes it easy for artists and creators to get paid. It’s a membership platform that provides business tools for creators to run a subscription content service, with ways for artists to build relationships with their subscribers, or “patrons”.
With Patreon you set up how much you wish to pay monthly. There are three tiers, $5, $10 and $15. It’s like paying for a magazine subscription.
Patreon primarily uses Paypal which is easy to join and a safe way to send money. https://www.paypal.com/uk/home

At last but not least please think about buying my book on the Lewis TV series.
Thank you Chris for sharing these articles. I especially enjoy learning more about John Thaw as my knowledge is limited to the Inspector Morse series. The article your shared I think in Dec. was also informative and insightful. I’ve learned so much about this shy, talented, and outstanding actor. It has helped me understand just how immense his acting abilities were.
I’ve read several articles about Kevin Whately and this article allowed me to look at how his talent made Lewis the beloved character he became. I believe there is a charm about Kevin’s everyman that transcends what some may think of as just ordinary and likeable.
Hi, Chris and group. Have been in hospital without internet access since 2/4/21. I’ve missed you. I am now in a hospice. We’ll see if I live or die. Love, Sue
Oh heavens Sue I’m so sorry to read of you being hospitalized. I, and I’m sure everyone on my site, wish you well. Please stay in contact and feel free to email me at any time.
