I have started my own Facebook page. It is primarily an extension of this website. I decided to start the Facebook page as there has been times when I have an update to a review post or some interesting news or information but it was all to small to make into a full blown post here on my website. Actually I did see this film. I’m afraid I thought it was not very good but at the time I saw it I didn’t know John Thaw and because I do now and love him as an actor I might have a different take on it.
We quite enjoyed “A Year in Provence” when it was shown in the US. We were interested in experiencing rural French culture and watching the very talented John Thaw in a different role. Years later we went to Aix-en- Provence. a more cosmopolitan area but still fascinating.
