32 Favourite Scenes of Lewis & Hathaway from TV Series ‘Lewis’.

Hello everyone and welcome to a new post. I hope you are all well, physically and mentally.

I made this video about three years ago and forgot all about it. I had uploaded it onto Dailymotion but for some reason never posted it here on my website.

There are of course many more scenes that have I would included if I was making the video today that have since become favourites. However, what I included are thirty two very good scenes. I hope you enjoy.

There will be some SPOILERS in the video but not that much.

Please take time to scroll to the end of this post. Thank you.

My book on the Lewis TV series can be bought at Amazon in paperback and for the Kindle.

I decided to start the Facebook page as there has been times when I have an update to a review post or some interesting news or information but it was all to small to make into a full blown post here on my website. So, come and join and keep up-to-date with all that happens in the Morse universe.

I would like to say a huge thank you to those who have become Patrons of the site and also a huge thank you to those who have made donations. What do I mean by Patrons?

What is Patreon? Patreon is a membership platform that makes it easy for artists and creators to get paid. It’s a membership platform that provides business tools for creators to run a subscription content service, with ways for artists to build relationships with their subscribers, or “patrons”.

With Patreon you set up how much you wish to pay monthly. There are three tiers, $5, $10 and $15. It’s like paying for a magazine subscription.

Patreon primarily uses Paypal which is easy to join and a safe way to send money. https://www.paypal.com/uk/home

  1. Thank you so very much for this lovely collection of favorites. I love them all. I don’t know why, but up near the very top of my favorites are the scenes where Lewis and Hathaway get a dressing down from Innocent. Perhaps it’s seeing the two strong, competent men standing like guilty teenagers before an outraged parent. Innocent has some great lines in these scenes, and Lewis and Hathaway’s responses are priceless.

  2. Wonderful collection, Chris although I can’t believe you didn’t include the ‘great reveal’ when Laura and Robbie kissed if only for the look on Innocent’s face and James’ comment. Anyway, as always, well done and see you Wednesday for inspecting Lewis.

  3. Chris, Great choices. You picked the scenes that remind me of the “old” Lewis who I love. And of course the references to Morse…

  4. Hi Chris. This is a lovely montage of your favourite moments of Lewis and Hathaway together. However, I could have sworn I had seen this video on your website before. I thus did a quick search of your tremendous archive of interesting articles on the Morse universe, and in September 2017, this video was indeed placed on your excellent website. I hope you don’t mind me pointing this out. Anyway, perhaps the old video wasn’t very well highlighted, as it was just entitled “My Lewis Video on a Different Platform for those in the USA and elsewhere”. Your new post, therefore, is very welcome, thank you. Here is a link to that web page:

  5. “Lewis” was my introduction to the “Morse Universe,” I loved the series so much that I then watched “Inspector Morse,” and “Endeavour,” both of which I also loved. These wonderful series also lead me to your splendid site, Kit. I am proud to call you a mate.
