Hello everyone and welcome. If you read my post yesterday ‘The BBC Called and I Answered‘ you will know that I was a guest (recorded, not live) on Phil Harrison’s Saturday radio show on BBC Radio Kent, @BBCRadioKent https://www.bbc.co.uk/radiokent
Phil, since January 2019, has been running a fun segment on his show called World Cup of TV Detectives. It started with 32 shows with the likes of Columbo, Poirot, Endeavour, Scott and Bailey. Today the field was down to two shows Line Of Duty versus Morse. Phil had guests on the show who spoke for Line of Duty and I spoke of course for Inspector Morse. Who won? Listen to the recording below to find out.

I would like to say a huge thank you to those who have become Patrons of the site and also a huge thank you to those who have made donations. What do I mean by Patrons?
What is Patreon? Patreon is a membership platform that makes it easy for artists and creators to get paid. It’s a membership platform that provides business tools for creators to run a subscription content service, with ways for artists to build relationships with their subscribers, or “patrons”.
With Patreon you set up how much you wish to pay monthly. There are three tiers, $5, $10 and $15. It’s like paying for a magazine subscription.
Patreon primarily uses Paypal which is easy to join and a safe way to send money. https://www.paypal.com/uk/home

Congratulations, Morse! Well done and well deserved!
And a massive thank-you to you, Chris, for your dedication and all your work. It was such a pleasure to hear you speak about Morse, and you did speak eloquently. Thank you for making it possible for an elderly fan in the U.S. to be a part of the Morse universe.
You are very welcome Frances and thank you for your lovely comment.
