Hello and welcome to the new look blog. With spring around the corner it seemed only fitting to take part in the annual custom of house spring cleaning. I have tried to give the blog a magazine type look and highlighted the page headings, (i.e.’About Me’, ‘Quick Links’ etc) so they are easier to see. I plan to add more pages to make it even easier to find earlier posts.
The painting above and which you can see at both sides of the blog, is by J.M.W. Turner and is called ‘The High Street, Oxford’ (1810).
So, I hope you like the new look. As always thank you all for your support, love and kindness.
Regards

Thank you for always doing something meaningful and creative with your blog. It has really helped me to appreciate the world of Morse/Lewis/Endeavour even more. We are lucky to have you do this!
You are very welcome Eunice. Thank you for your kind comment.
I’ve visited Oxford many times over the years when I was in the US Air Force. It’s a wonderful and beautiful city.
Hi Gene. There is no denying Oxford’s beauty and that beauty never dissipates with each visit. If anything after each visit you fall in love with the city a little more each time.

I love, love, love the new uncluttered look. Easy on the eyes. And really so beautiful.
Thanks Nan, I’m glad you like it.
Yes, far easier to read now.Carry on the good work…..no body does it better…
Thanks Sue. For a moment I thought you were going to break into song: ‘Nobody does it better’, Bond theme for ‘The Spy Who Loves Me’ by Carly Simon. 😉
