Morse Universe: Weekly News Round Up.

bay5b1stpub

Welcome to another of my weekly posts where I search social media, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc, to find out what the players in the Morse universe are up to.

Are you comfortable? Then let’s get started.

Laurence Fox on Twitter and Instagram.

Mel Gibson is currently filming his latest film, ‘The Professor and the Madman’, in Dublin. I assume that Laurence has a part in said film.

The following is from this week’s Daily Mirror newspaper:

Laurence Fox and Vogue Williams ‘dating after bonding over high profile divorces’

Full story can be read by clicking here.

Rebecca Front on Twitter.

Rebecca Front appeared in ITV’s latest costume drama at the beginning of the year. It was adapted by Julian Fellows (he wrote Downton Abbey) from the Anthony Trollope novel of the same name. I personally thought the adaption was weak and didn’t do justice to the novel. It is apparently now available on Amazon Prime. Anyway, here is a behind the scenes clip with our Rebecca.

Angela Griffin on twitter and Instagram.

For more information about Angela’s latest theatre show ‘Steppin’ Out click here.

Shvorne Marks on Twitter.

I am pretty certain that sadly we won’t be seeing Shvorne in the new series of Endeavour.

Dakota Blue Richards on Twitter and Instagram.

Dakota appeared in the film ‘Secret of Moonacre’ a poster of which can be seen at the end of the corridor. Dakota mentions ADR in the above tweet, ADR stands for Automated dialogue replacement. It is the process of re-recording dialogue by the original actor after the filming process to improve audio quality or reflect dialogue changes (also known as “looping” or a “looping session”).

Roger Allam on Twitter.
